Job Summary

Cardno’s ANZ Regional Marketing & Communications team is currently seeking an experienced Marketing & Communications Coordinator to join their team based in our global head office in Fortitude Valley. Reporting to the ANZ Regional Marketing & Communications Manager, this autonomous role will be pivotal in providing outstanding service and support for internal and external stakeholders within the division and broadly across the ANZ region in the areas of marketing and communications.
Key Responsibilities
Specifically, your main duties and responsibilities will include:
High level stakeholder engagement with internal and external clients to ensure marketing and communications initiatives are met and exceeded
Developing key marketing material for the division while managing existing marketing collateral
Ensuring communication and content regarding the divisions business activities are promoted through appropriate channels
Proactively championing the Cardno brand for the division through the promotion of marketing campaigns
Managing key events and initiatives to enhance the Cardno brand and client relationships
Undertaking marketing and communications projects in consultation with the Marketing & Communications Manager and Cardno’s Corporate Marketing team
Managing the QLD/NT divisions bid/proposal preparation process within agreed timeframes
Other Requirements
In order to be successful for this role you will possess:
Degree level qualifications in the field of Marketing, Communications or Journalism
Proven experience in marketing and communications, with industry experience in a large, multi-disciplinary environment preferred
Prior experience in managing the bid/proposals process is preferred
Strong stakeholder relationship skills to manage internal and external client expectations regarding marketing and communications initiatives
Advanced verbal and written English communication skills
Well-developed organisational skills to efficiently manage your time within an autonomous environment while showing initiative and proactiveness in seeking out opportunities for process improvement
High level competence in MS Office 2010, CS Creative Suite and Sharepoint content management system
Commercial acumen to determine priorities within an environment of competing deadlines
