Job description
- Safeguarding the development, implementation & documentation of policies, processes, procedures and tools across all departments.- Auditing and reporting the performance of the processes and the needs for improvement.- Setting the action plan and the targets with the support of the management team. - Transparantise - Benchmarking inside Atlas Copco worldwide and with Industry best practices towards continuous improvement and working in close cooperation with the QSHE manager Compressor Technique. - Introducing the Culture of Quality as a passion, taking every customer complaint, even minor, as an opportunity for improvement. Review of product improvement process based on quality claims.- Together with the Preventive Advisor for safety on site (PASS) you will play a key role in building bench mark safety culture. - Drive initiative to build competence for QSHE in line with the Bolaite Operational Excellence Model - Review & establish system for sustainability reporting to achieve flawless reporting- You ensure transparent warranty and failure reporting and drive continuous improvements in order to reduce quality claims.- You organise structured, most professional and timely day to day service support to all the Customer Centers- You will lead the Quality Council Meeting, the Product Quality Meeting and the SHE Council.- You will take an active and controlling part of New Product Development- You will be part of the management team of the PRoduct Company and actively participate in the management improvements Your Success will be measured on - Strong reputation of product quality with our Customers and Customer Centers measured through our NPS (Net Promoter Score) system and warranty reporting- Actions taken to track record in Health and Safety towards Zero Accidents.- Maintaining our triple certification according to ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001 and ISO14001The position is reporting to the General Manager of the Product company Bolaite. Mission
As part of the Business Area of Compressor Technique, the product Company applies the common management system for Quality assurance, occupational Health and Safety and Environmental control in its operations (QSHE). We are looking for a Quality manager (QSHE) in our product Company, to introduce the culture of “Customer Satisfaction & Quality as a passion” and taking responsibility for the effectiveness of the system and for its continuous improvement. You will lead 3 teams with the following responsibilities1/ Quality team, responsible for the quality processes and measurement from incoming goods until the compressor is shipped to the customer, triple certificate maintenance2/ Technical support team: handling and analyzing customer complaints, organising TCM to drive improvement actions, giving feedback to customer centers for all technical issues3/ Safety, Health and Environment: work continuously towards a zero accident working environment and a 'Better Life Together' by creating and following up the action plan for sustainable goals
Experience requirements
She / He should also have a strong engineering background and a good understanding of the processes applied in the operations: such as Product Development, Supplier Quality, Order Handling, Manufacturing Quality processes, Shipping, …
Knowledge
Good negotiation and analytical skills, commercially astute and knowledgeable in contractual issues relating to terms and conditions.Good command of English language both oral & writing, as well as computer skill.
Educational requirements
University degree or above, major in mechanical engineering
Personality requirements
Highly motivated, change manager, creative, good interpersonal and communication skills and be able to interact well at various levels.
