At Oikocredit International, based in Amersfoort, the Netherlands, we are currently looking for an

Investment administration coordinator

(part-time, 24 hours)

Responsibilities

As the investment administration coordinator you will join the investor relations department and will be the product owner of Oikocredit's investment administration system (Titan). You will be the key contact for all matters related to the system and cooperate with the information analysts of the IT team to maintain and improve the investment administration. You will also be the coordinator who liaises with the inflow network and communicate smoothly with all stakeholders and users of Titan (support associations, national support offices, the finance department and the IT team. You will be responsible for identifying possible improvements, communicating administrative or technical issues and guiding the decision making process of change requests.

Education and experience

Oikocredit is looking for someone who holds a Master's degree in information management with experience working with an investment administration system and/or financial administration processes. The ideal candidate should have excellent skills in handling internal dynamics with different stakeholder interests and experience with fund administration, web-based systems, CMS or CRM. A good sense of urgency is required, as is a thorough knowledge of English. Knowledge of agile/scrum methodologies would be considered an asset.
