Job Purpose

Etihad's Recruitment team are seeking a eCommerce Resourcing Specialist to lead and support all online recruitment activities to include; social media recruitment campaigns, maintenance of the careers website, website content creation; maintenance and optimisation of the applicant tracking system, positing new vacancies, recruitment reporting and web analytics. As an eCommerce Resourcing Specialist, you will also provide training in the use of the Applicant Tracking System, careers website and other associated e-Recruitment processes to internal users.

Responsibilities

Function as the Applicant tracking System Super User and key contact and custodian responsible for the updating of content on iGrasp and trouble shooting and resolution of operating questions from Recruitment team and the line management.

Act as the liaison between Recruitment and IT Department to facilitate any initiatives regarding the technical enhancement and ongoing maintenance of the iGrasp system

Act as Point of Content with ATS provider

Provide support and customer service assistance to all external customers/users with regard to questions arising from any on-line difficulties encountered during the different stages of application submission

Generate and maintain an external customer system complaints log to record complaints and difficulties for review and possible improvement changes

Provide regular training on iGrasp system usage to all internal users

Manage the Etihad Careers pages through the Content Management System

Liaise as necessary with Marketing Department to ensure all external facing content comply with Etihad branding

Established be the liaison between the external e-Recruitment Website partners and Recruitment

Where appropriate co-ordinate between Marketing, eCommerce and IT Departments in the positioning of promotional banners, links and pop-ups

Produce reports as requested to monitor on-line traffic

Produce other e-Recruitment based statistical reports as requested to facilitate management decisions

Requirements

3 years relevant experience

Tertiary level education i.e. Degree or Professional Diploma/Certificate or equivalent in eCommerce, Social Media Marketing, IT or HR

Previous experience in Recruitment Database Management and delivery of IT

Strong verbal and written skills

Good knowledge and understanding of IT systems (specifically applicant tracking systems)

Experience in using epiServer CMS or similar product

Ability to demonstrate strong MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio)
