We are looking to recruit a skilled, enthusiastic and dedicated analyst of web and digital data within the Market Insight and Data team, which is part of the wider university Marketing & Communications Department.

The post holder will provide actionable and audience specific insights based on web analytics to maximise effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns, content, conversion rates, web applications, and social media integration. To achieve this objective, the post holder will be a competent user of web analytics applications, especially Google Analytics, will understand customer relationship management (CRM) principles and systems, and the purpose and method of A/B & multivariate testing and funnels.

The post holder will hold exceptional analytical skills, in web and social media data, and will be comfortable with exploiting data analysis tools and techniques. They will be able to interpret and communicate these insights to a wide range of Marketing and Communications colleagues.
