Models pose next to the new Mercedes Benz E-Class.

The cars have been coming fast and thick in the last few weeks in the Kenyan automobile landscape. And this past week was the time for Mercedes Benz with the introduction of its  E-class model.

The car, which is sold locally by DT Dobie, as you can imagine has quite a few things going for it. To cope with road conditions in Kenya the E-Class has raised a suspension. There is a choice of three models: the E-200, E-250 and E-300 with engines ranging from 1,991 cc to 3,498 cc mated to a 7 G-tronic Auto gear box.

The car was launched at a smashing party at the Zen garden recently and I look forward to seeing the first Kenyan to drive it. Have you see it yet?
