Nollywood actor Joseph Benjamin is a multi-talented artist who got his big break as the co-host of MTN Project Fame. The handsome Nollywood Nigerian actor is blessed with two lovely children, a 10 year old daughter and 7 year old son.



Joseph, who was once married, has been determined to give his two adorable children the best and he is working hard in order to fulfill this dream.

He recently talked about balancing fatherhood and advices young fathers in the entertainment industry.

“My advice is that your children and family should be first priority. Be close to them and let their lives be part of yours and be a part of theirs. You guys should be together make time for them you can speak to them now and then and let them feel your presence even if you are not there physically, it goes a long way. And more personally try to be there for special events in their lives. Those are memories that would constantly remain with them. It’s key to try to protect your children from the limelight, by creating a world for them that way, they have a balanced life”, he says.

The award winning actor also took out time to share some personal experiences.

He disclosed that, “I’ve come to understand what our parents went through and I can relate with them directly and it has made me more accountable. Business-wise, it has helped me because you realize every penny counts as a father. You are also economically conscious of the fact that they are your first priority”.

Speaking on his status, Joseph explains that he is focused for now and not searching rather, he is working and giving good life to his children.

However, Joseph Benjamin hails from Kogi State, Nigeria and holds a Diploma in Computer Literacy from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka. He is also a model.
