A Manager at Deloitte Consulting LLP manages and deliverscomponents of client engagements that identify, design, and implement creativebusiness solutions for large companies. You will be responsible for developing,maintaining, and growing client relationships, as well as for leadingconsultant and client project teams from project planning through execution.

Manager level responsibilities include: determining client needsby supplementing the standard assessment techniques and tools with innovativeapproaches, evaluating and validating analyses, and developing recommendationsfor the client in the context of the overall engagement. Managers effectivelydrive day-to-day relationships to ensure exceptional performance. In addition,Managers participate in the development and presentation of proposals forbusiness development activities.

Our team leverages a time-tested set of accelerators, tools andtechniques, designed to help companies in their efforts to jump-start theperformance of the Corporate Real Estate (CRE) & Facilities Management (FM)organization, a historically under-prioritized enabling function. We help ourclients optimize the performance of the CRE & FM organization and theproperty / facility assets under management.

At the Manager level, we are looking for individuals withexperience in:
Design and restructuring of CRE &FM operating models, organizational structures, and service delivery models
CRE & FM outsourcing / insourcingadvisory services, including strategy development, contract evaluation, and RFI/ RFP process management
Design and / or improvement of CRE& FM business processes
Development of real estate andfacilities portfolio optimization strategies
Design and implementation of advancedworkplace strategies and workforce mobility programs
CRE & FM IT platform advisoryservices, including strategy development, requirements development, vendor /solution evaluation, and implementation support

Successful candidates will have:
* Bacheloras degree and MBA or other advance degree (Master's or PhD) with a focus on real estate
* 6+ years of management consulting and/or industry experience across the corporate real estate and facilities management is required.
* Hired, developed, and motivated staff, as a leader, mentor, and role model
* A proven track record of successfully delivering professional services
* Proven leadership skills, with strong team-oriented interpersonal skills,
* Experience dealing with large, complex real estate portfolios and organizations
* A willingness to travel +80%
In addition, successful candidates will also have the followingpreferred skills:
