What we need from you
We are currently looking for an experienced SEO/ Outreach Operative in Leeds who can demonstrate a proven track record in delivering results for clients from a wide range of industries. This individual must be fluent in all the recent Google updates, on site and off site SEO and the latest clean, white hat techniques for creating SEO friendly websites and building back links through quality content that will be effective, generate quality web traffic and useful for our clients.
Their duties will include:
Ensuring clients websites are free from common SEO errors
Input for creating market leading content strategy
Identifying appropriate online locations for clients content
Making effective contact with webmasters of appropriate sites to win back links
Hit agreed targets relating to back links generated
Strong grasp of monitoring conversions via Google Analytics
Management of a larger link building / content distribution team
As well as being able to demonstrate the right skills and experience, candidates must be friendly and approachable, able to work unsupervised as well as part of a team, and have the right mind set and attitude to put together the right SEO strategy for clients. We prefer team players who are not afraid to speak their mind, while being easy to get on with. Every opinion counts. A great grapse of written English is also vital to this role.
Communication is absolutely vital to our success, both in terms of how we communicate with clients and how we communicate with each other. Your excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential. That means being able to talk about SEO in everyday language that any of our clients can understand as well as being able to communicate succinctly using technical jargon. We need geeks that speak human.
