How To Apply For The 74th Regular Recruits Intake of  The Nigerian Army:

Follow the steps below to apply and register for the Nigerian Army 74th Regular Recruitment exercise;

1) Buy Voucher Online for N1,000 from any branch of the designated banks listed below.

2) Validate your Voucher Serial Number / Reference Code and PIN on the Nigerian Army e-recruitment portal, www.narecruitment.org.

3) Register on the portal with your User Name (E-mail) and Password.

4) Fill in the required information, Save and Print a copy.

The Printed copy shall be accompanied with the following documents:

a. Photocopies of Birth Certificate/Age Declaration.

b. Photocopies of academic and professional Certificates.

c. A duly completed and signed Guarantor’s form (printed from this on-line portal).

d. Applicants shall be required to produce the originals of all certificates/Credentials.

Any applicant suspected to have impersonated, manipulated or submitted false documents shall be disqualified during or after training. Such an applicant shall also be handed over to the Police for Prosecution. Candidates whose pictures are not submitted electronically will not be considered for shortlisting.

The Nigerian Army shall not entertain any enquiries in respect of applicants whose applications are rejected or failed to meet the selection criteria.

Qualification / Requirements:

Non-Tradesmen/women:

The basic educational requirements for entry as Non-Tradesmen/women into the Nigerian Army is SSCE/NECO/GCE/NABTEB with at least 4 credits including English Language in no more than two (2) sittings.

– Applicants must be aged between 18 – 22 years by June 1, 2015.

– Applicants must be medically, physically, and psychologically fit and must not be less than 1.65 meters tall for men and 1.56 meters for women.

Am I Eligible to Join the Nigerian Army?

To join the Nigerian Army, one must meet the following requirements/conditions;

i) shall be of Nigerian origin by birth.

ii) must attend zonal screening exercise at the designated zonal centres for their respective states.

iii) must be aged between 18 – 22 years(for Non-Tradesmen/women applicants) or between 18 – 26 years( for Tradesmen/women) at the time of Application.

iv) must be medically, physically, and psychologically fit and must not be less than 1.65 meters tall for men and 1.56 meters for women.

v) must be free of any Criminal conviction.

vi) must submit all duly completed form (printed from this online portal) at the screening centres during the screening exercise period.
