Hello and welcome back to day eight of the Papertrey Ink 2016 Anniversary Festivities! I can't believe it is going by so fast, but we still have so many beautiful new products to share!

Today we are featuring a brand new Make it Market Mini kit by Betsy Veldman and boy is it ever cute! I could play for weeks with this one kit! Along with the usual amazing stamps, dies and papers, this kit also includes some really fun and unique stencils!
For my first card, I used one of the preprinted backgrounds. I took a light grey Copic marker and went around each place where the flowers would go to add some shadow and give it a little depth. I then took some white acrylic paint and splattered it all around the shaded areas.
I cut the flowers out of the preprinted background with the matching dies and adhered them with foam tape. I die cut the sentiment three times and added that in the center, then added a few sequins.

For this card, I used the stencils and stamps only. I first stenciled the flowers in Rasberry Fizz ink, then stamped the centers in Raspberry ink. Next I did the tiny blue flowers in Spring Rain, and the leaves in Limeade Ice. I stamped the centers of the leaves with Hawaiian Shores.
The sentiment is from Betsy's new Tulip Time set and it is stamped with Spring Rain too. I took a white gel pin and added some dots to the flowers and leaves, and I also took my markers and added just a few darker dots to the centers of both the pink flowers and the tiny blue ones.
