We are seeking a Quantity Surveyor who is looking for that next step in their career and to be a part of our continual growth. You will be confident in your ability, be able to have robust conversations and have reasonable technical knowledge or understanding within the broader construction industries. We would expect you would have a strong sense of resilience and drive to achieve consistent positive outcomes.
Your core responsibilities will be:
• Contract Negotiations
• Pricing submission
• Measuring projects
• Prepare internal costs and project reports
• Tender analysis and preparation
• Negotiation with Sub-Contractors
• Attending site meetings as required
• Comply with H&S Policy/Regulations
• Administer progress claims and payments
You will:
• Full class 1 Licence with reliable transport
• Able to pass a drug test
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Minimum 1 year’s experience in a similar role
• Be commercially astute
• Be self-motivated
• Have good attention to detail
