They are currently strengthening their Senior Management team and are looking to appoint an experienced and inspired National Business Manager, to provide leadership and guidance to an extremely competent National Key Account team and work closely with the Managing Director, while being empowered to manage the business.

The role:

Lead and develop the National Account Team, to become best in class, ensuring their professional development through your management and mentorship.

Manage the overall growth and productivity of the brand owner's business

Holds overall responsibility for Brand Owner relationships, nurturing heads of business relationships

Ensures the Key Account team are aligned to the Brand Owner Strategic plan while managing the overall Financial KPIs ensuring continual improvement

Identifies and actively prospects quality targets new business

Continue to build and enhance the corporate profile

Take a lead role in representing the business in the FMCG industry networking meetings, conferences, etc

Manage Countdown and Foodstuffs key account relationships to drive the implementation of the Company strategy across the retail channels

Ensure continual improvement in the NPS scorecard

You

A proven performer with senior management experience from within the FMCG Channel.

Able to cultivate a culture of high achievement through empowerment and accountability

Understands the higher level of FMCG business and effective retailer engagement

Credibility in managing and growing existing senior FMCG industry relationships

Ability to Identify and maximise opportunities that support the growth of the business

Commercially equipped to make complex business decisions

Strategically competent to understanding and managing where profit comes and ability to foster practices to realise it.

Strong business reporting capability and optimisation of systems

Strives for productivity, profitability and continued improvement and best practice
