About Us
We are currently seeking motivated and driven candidates from New Zealand that are in the process of or strongly considering relocating to Sydney's Northern Beaches.
Your Role
You can look forward to working on the Northern Beaches of Sydney, and even spend your lunch time at the beach or fitting in some exercise. You can expect to be part of a fast-paced and focused team environment where your daily tasks will include:
Making outbound sales calls to qualified leads and responding to marketing generated enquiries.
Pitch the benefits of our service to new & existing clients.
Persistently follow up with clients to close sales and develop your client list.
Consult with your clients to understand their recruitment needs.
Writing targeted recruitment marketing and advertising to promote vacancies.
Using recruitment management software to screen and shortlist suitable candidates.
About You
To be considered for this position you will have 2+ years experience in a retail management position.
