As their new Architectural Designer you will be working alongside the Project Manager some of your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Developing sketch and full working drawings for residential and commercial projects
Completing designs on time and on budget
Coordinating and reviewing secondary consultants documentation
Lodging Resource and Building Consent applications and responding to RFI's identified
To be successful in this role you will have a National Diploma in Architectural Technology (or equivalent). Additionally, thorough knowledge in New Zealand building codes, and experience in Archicad would be essential for this position.
