The Opportunity
Our client is seeking a Family Lawyer to join their boutique firm in Mona Vale, NSW. The primary purpose of this position is to work closely with the Senior Lawyer in property and children matters. Some of your responsibilities include:
Preparing cases for and attending mediations and court
Arranging negotiations
Briefing barristers
Drafting property and child access agreements
Drafting letters and attending court
Working closely with the Senior Family Lawyer
To be successful in this role you will have a minimum of two years post-qualification experience in Family Law, and current NSW Practising Certificate.
