A routine traffic stop in Pasco Wednesday night turned into a foot pursuit and arrest of Armando Sandoval. Police said when they stopped a person driving a Honda in Pasco they gave a false name. Authorities said the driver then tried to make a run for it. Sandoval was arrested on several charges including several felony warrants. A loaded .45 caliber pistol was located inside Sandoval’s car.
