Sri Lanka never showed any promising performance in this tournament which was expected from defending champions but they never seem to be in the series. South Africa on other hand was one of the favorite for semi finals but they keep on approving the “Chokers” tag they have got since last many years. As they have failed to grab the opportunity in ODI World Cup too.
