Responsibilities
* Structure and manage the problem solving process associated with growth strategy initiatives globally
* Direct the work of Strategy Group and business unit resources assigned to strategy initiatives
* Develop and conduct analyses to identify and evaluate growth opportunities
* Lead team problem solving and brainstorming sessions
* Partner and collaborate with with key work partners across the business to deliver actionable strategic plans
* Synthesize analyses to generate key insights and recommendations
* Develop presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to the Directs and the Board
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
* Minimum 4 years strategy experience in a top-tier strategy consulting firm, likely operating as a Senior Associate or Engagement Manager
* Strong analytical and synthesis skills
* Adept at prioritization and 80/20
* Structured strategic thinker who can rapidly develop new ideas
* Good oral and written communication skills
* Strong interpersonal, collaboration and influencing skills in order to effectively enroll leadership on company strategy
* A history leading strategy engagements that focus on enhancing top line performance through a range of initiatives, e.g., M&A, market expansion, new products
