*Duties and Responsibilities*
The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for pursuit of sales within a specific industry vertical in the Industrials, Retail and Hospitality business unit. The duties and responsibilities for this role will include:
* Responsible for growing revenue through industry specific sales pursuits and develop client relationships at the C level
* Manage and drive RFP solutions to closure
* Identify opportunities for incremental and new business; selling across the entire portfolio of Xerox Services while focused in the Retail and Consumer Goods industry
* Engage product marketing and solutions experts to refine service offerings for specific market segments
* Lead multi-tower, portfolio opportunities
* Create and initiate enhancements to the sales and marketing operation
* Establish goals, analyze growth and provide accurate, complete, and timely submission of required progress reports, forecast, quotations, budgets, and rates
* Demonstrates advanced knowledge of sales and relationship management processes. .
*THIS ROLE WILL BE BASED IN GERMANY*
*Requirements*
* Consultative sales experience with a proven track record of developing deep relationships with clients while adding value to the client’s business over the long-term
* Deep retail and/or consumer industry sales expertise and track record
* Team player who can partner with delivery (Capabilities) organizations
* Seasoned leader who is able to develop long-lasting relationships with C-level executives and key line of business contacts
* Language proficiency in English and German
*Education and Experience*
* 10 - 15 years of proven, high level sales experience within the Business Process Outsourcing, HR Outsourcing, Finance & Accounting Outsourcing industry
* Global outsourcing solution sales experience including a portfolio of outsourcing solutions such as BPO, ITO, HRO, FAO or any other combination of outsourcing service
* Skilled expert in account strategy, account planning, relationship strategy
* Possesses deep industry experience selling into retail and consumer, automotive and/or industrials industries
* Experience working closely with service delivery counterparts
* Proven track record of significantly growing new business accounts
* Proven track record of attaining and exceeding quota
* Strong communication and presentation skills required
* Ability to source and develop opportunities with new clients for Xerox Services
* Experience working with third party analysts on new client engagements
