Xerox Government Healthcare Solutions (GHS) is seeking a strategic thinker to drive product and solution management activities within our Long-term Care (LTC) and Care Management Solutions teams. Our leading solutions are conducting population management services (care management, utilization management, condition management, engagement and analytics), performing assessments and service plan development;
The Director of Care Management Clinical Services and Innovations may perform one or more of the following:
* Lead the management, development, and execution of Xerox LTC and Care Management products or solutions to fill competitive gaps, meet client needs and grow profitable revenue.
* Support Care and Quality Solutions, Inc. (CQS) quality improvement and clinical management activities.
* Lead product strategy/execution by setting a product strategic direction/roadmap.
* Manage the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities.
* Provide sales/marketing support by collaborating with Xerox account managers and sales teams to position LTC and care management solutions and products as value-adding, problem-solving, cost-mitigating solutions that meet regulatory requirements.
* Key contributor with account managers and sales teams on pre-sales activities and orchestrating wins within the sales pipeline. Lead product demonstrations to internal stakeholders and existing and prospective Xerox customers.
* Serve as solution integrator and key leader in responses for LTC and care management proposal requests (RFP’s) and requests for information (RFI’s).
* Serve as a long-term services and supports and population heath management subject matter expert.
* Manage/influence cross functional teams. As applicable, oversee project managers via matrix structure.
* Organize product management activities that may require interdepartmental and strategic partner meetings and communication ensuring completion of the projects supporting product management stay on schedule and within budget constraints.
* Support innovation efforts to design and development new products and solutions.
* Support the evaluation of new products, partners and potential acquisitions.
* The scope of this role will include product strategy program/project management, risk/regulatory management, business intelligence and executive communication.
* All other duties as assigned.
Position skill set requirements:
* 10 years of experience in long-term services and supports and population health management services
* An understanding of long-term services and supports and population health management services policies, program and service delivery
* Demonstrated leadership skills. Self-starter and execution oriented. Ability to take initiative and influence as part of a team, across geographies. Resourceful/able to navigate organization.
* Proven analytical skills. Evidence working with and interpreting data, synthesizing information, presenting results, and creative problem solving. Strong attention to detail. Proven ability to create concise, focused work product.
* Ability to interact effectively at and achieve credibility with varying levels including senior management
* Proven experience developing and motivating teams and collaborating with key internal partners to achieve objectives (e.g., finance ops, tech, risk, sales, service, policy/program development, and business partners).
* Strong written and verbal communication skills. MS Office, including Project and Visio.
* Must be able to be present anywhere in the US to attend proposal planning and review sessions; 25% travel
