The Sales Executive, BPO Outsourcing reports to the Vice President, Business Development Asia and is responsible for securing new client opportunities for Xerox. The candidate will focus on securing profitable business growth while cultivating new customer relationships to lead new, multi-year service delivery contracts.

The Sales Executive, BPO Outsourcing will be responsible for pursuit of sales within new enterprise Solutions client account(s). This role will:

· Create new clientrelationships

· Manage and drive Response For Proposal (RFP) solutions to closure

· Identify opportunities and sell a broad range of serviceswithin new business accounts.

· Engage product marketing and solutions expertise to refine service Cross-sell and collaborate on multi-tower opportunities

· Recommend and initiate enhancements to the sales and marketing operation. Establish goals, analyze growth and provide accurate, complete, and timely submission of required progress reports, forecast, quotations, budgets and rates

· Demonstrate advanced knowledge of BPO Sales and relationship management processes. Candidate will maintain detailed knowledge of Xerox services, solutions and offerings specifically within Xerox BPO organization, with a basic understanding of Xerox ITO solutions

· 5-10 years selling into the Telecommunications and Technology industries

· Proven experience with large scale BPO sales & account management

· Global outsourcing solution sales experience

· Skilled in account strategy and planning, and relationship strategy

· Deep industry knowledge in the target client’s industry or related industries

· Experience working closely with service delivery counterparts

· Proven record of significantly growing new business accounts

· Track record of attaining and exceeding quota

· Previous experience calling on Xerox BPO clients is a plus

· Strong communication and presentation skills required

· Experience working with third parties on new client engagements.

· Thorough knowledge of the telecom industry and/or Hi Tech industries

· Ability tounderstand value-based sellingand articulate it to C-level executives

· Trackrecord in closing complex deals(consulting and/or BPO) and build relationship with C-suite

· Self- motivated and able to manage well in a start- up mode

· Strong communication skills with internal stakeholders and clients

· Ability to work remotelyfrom the core organization and able to collaborate effectively Solid local market network

· 5-10 yrs of customer care/ call center / hi-tech/ value based selling experience along with knowledge of analytics

· Should have a large database of telecom organizations and should be able to crack the deal

· The candidate could have a sales, marketing and/or consulting background
