Project-Based Recruiter- Healthcare IT Consulting, Xerox Services
*Live anywhere in the USA - remote position*

Role will support Commercial Healthcare IT Consulting Industry Business Group. Reporting to the Director of Healthcare Talent Acquisition, individual will work remotely on a project basis approximately 90 days. This position does not include Xerox benefit package, but has potential to lead to a full-time benefited role in the future. Individual will collaborate with Sourcing Partner.

Responsibilities:

With direction from the Director of TA, collaborate with the assigned business group leadership to enable them to achieve tactical and strategic resource requirements.

Review opportunities for leveraging resumes to other internal clients (cross references)

Manage all assigned requisitions to Xerox Business Services guidelines for aging and metrics to fill.

Demonstrate the ability to articulate both positive and negative feedback to ALL candidates in a professional manner.

Demonstrate the ability to calmly address candidate challenges.

Has in-depth knowledge of the Healthcare business segment strategic resource objectives and the talent acquisition functional area.

Develop innovative sourcing initiatives and develop a solid pipeline of qualified candidates at all times.

Skills & Experience:
Assess needed skills, behaviors, traits and attributes of needed positions and assist with job scoping, writing job descriptions, and developing a story about the opportunity

Drive urgency surrounding interview process, timely and thorough candidate and hiring manager feedback, and decision-making as relates to hiring

Requisition management (aging, balancing, dispositioning) in Taleo
Adhere to a 100% compliance, zero tolerance policy for all regulations and laws

Partner with Human Resources Business Partner and Sourcer on strategy to identify a diverse slate of candidates

Knowledge of targeted or niche job boards and use of internet and social media for candidate attraction and sourcing

Negotiate candidate offers within the Xerox Business Services guidelines

Knowledge of and experience in MS Office, Outlook, contact management processes and applicant tracking systems, ideally Taleo

Requirements:
Bachelor degree or equivalent experience

3 years professional recruitment experience with strong track record of successful hires, including experience handling large scale projects

Industry experience recruiting in Healthcare IT Consultants, specifically Provider Services, Technology/Software, or Consulting; recruiting agency experience a plus

Ability to develop strong business relationships and manage expectations

Quick study – ability to learn and quickly apply learnings

Demonstrated ability to influence across a matrix of business, HR, Legal and market constituents

Ability to understand business and strategies to recommend changes and efficiencies
Strong written and verbal communication skills

Demonstrated ability to rank and present candidates both written and verbally in concise manner for presentation to hiring managers
