*Engagement Practice: Client Technology Team*

*Senior Consultant – Business Analyst*

This person is a key client contact who can take client needs and turn them into a custom solution. This person can innovate data driven technology solutions and write business requirements to be handed to the technology leads who turn them into technical requirements. He or she can manage large projects and serve as a team manager. Overall, a Senior Consultant is responsible for client satisfaction, business retention and expansion. He or she creates project budgets and schedules and serves as an advisor.

*Practice Overview:*The Engagement Practice: Client Technology team delivers consulting and technology services to help clients address the following business issues:
- Increased productivity, by assuring HR attracts, retains and engages ideal talent
- Reduced cost, by minimizing HR service delivery inefficiencies and improving employee behaviors
- Improved compliance, by assuring HR processes meet internal and external requirements
The Client technology team delivers data-driven, system integrated solutions that cover all areas of HR talent engagement; health, wealth and career.

*Delivery/Subject Matter Expertise*

• Works directly with clients and effectively identifies business opportunities; client needs and pain points, proposing effective solutions. Views client problems and successfully identifies a sufficient number of cause-and-effect factors; sees key parts of the situation, and addresses them in an integrated fashion in making recommendations and/or decisions
• Balances quality and thoroughness of analysis and the need for timeliness and speed in decision-making; oversees others in making quality decisions and in delegating
• Ensures engagement quality and efficiency expectations are met; manages risk mitigation, takes appropriate corrective actions when required
• Effectively oversees multiple projects and assignments to achieve needed business results

• Bachelor's Degree
• 6 to 8 years of total related experience.
• In-depth knowledge of discipline/practice area
• Project management skills and experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated management and/or supervisory skills.
• Strong computer skills. Self-starter and good problem solver.
• Good listening skills.

• Ability to lead client meetings on a specific client technolgy offering.
