Position Description: Remote Marketing & Communications Implementation Manager

**This position will ideally be located in Webster, NY but can be worked remotely from NY, NJ or Philadelphia**

The purpose of the role is to take the solution designed by the Pre sales Solution Architect and build the future state service. The operationalized service created by the Marketing & Communications Implementation Manager will ultimately deliver to our contract obligations and end vision in accordance with agreed implementation timescales, cost and quality. The delivered service must be ready for business as usual delivery and therefore shall not be considered complete until all operational manuals, best practice process, report configuration, client communication, recruitment and delivery training has been completed. It is likely that a level of due diligence will be required at the outset of each project to confirm assumptions made by the business during solution design. Work may be global, multi-country or single country.

Responsibilities:
As a highly competent service delivery planner you will be able to construct, build and, with service management, deliver realistic and operationally sound new client services within Communication and Marketing Services

Assess current state client activity and capacity for change (finance, people, partners, product, process, technology) within defined timescales.

Offer support and clarity to Finance in the development of Internal Business Cases.

Deliver robust Project Management direction (on own or as part of a team) utilizing appropriate methodology and technologies to deliver successful completion of projects that will stand the test of time to deadline and budget.

Own continued development of personal knowledge in Communication and Marketing Services in order to share the same for the purpose of supporting the growth of the Xerox Services business.

Contribute to the operationalization of highly complex new business acquisition. The projects may involve working with senior to executive management in client organizations or within Xerox and are often of critical strategic importance.

Qualifications:

* Minimum of 7-10 years of implementation experience in the Marketing & Communications space (Marketing Operations, Campaign Management and Digital Services)

* Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of relevant experience

* Intermediate Microsoft Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Visio experience

* Basic Microsoft Project experience

* Ability to travel up to 50%

* Experience undertaking due diligence and client facing interviews/meetings/presentation at all levels within external & internal business organizations

* Experience working as project lead or as part of a team

* Excellent verbal communication skills, confident and convincing in area of operational logistics, service delivery development and implementation

* Excellent written communication skills (internal/external reporting, process and change implementation design, manuals to support service delivery)

* Excellent planning & project management skills

* Ability to interpret key financial/business metrics and apply analysis to make service build decisions

* Ability to demonstrate a good grounding in most if not all, areas of communication and marketing services (creative & digital services, print management including warehousing and distribution, language services, product communications, cross media communications, data analytics)

* Ability to take the deal solution designed by the Solution Architect and build a cost lean and effective future state operational delivery function effectively combining people, process, technology and third party partners

* Ability to demonstrate excellent judgment in identifying and balancing client needs against commercial benefit for Xerox Services
