**Job Responsibilities**

+ Responsible for activities involving quality assurance and compliance with applicable regulatory requirements

+ Develops and implements total quality management (TQM) programs and initiatives

+ Conducts audits and reviews/analyzes data and documentation

+ Develops, implements, and leads key process improvement efforts and influences cross-functional efforts

+ Assists in the development of systematic approaches for assuring high quality services

+ Identifies the interface of key activities within and between the functions of the organization

+ Focuses on the factors such as resources, methods, and materials that will improve key activities of the organization

+ Integrates and aligns the processes that will best achieve the desired results

+ Makes continual improvement of products, processes and systems

+ All other duties as assigned

**Additional Job Responsibilities**

+ Requirements analysis, test case development and test execution for new software applications as well as application enhancements

+ Creates and maintains test automation frameworks across multiple projects

+ Researches Change Requests as well as regression testing of multiple applications

+ Works closely with project managers, business users, and software development team

**Essential Skills/Knowledge**

+ 5 years of experience in Software Testing & Quality Assurance, required

+ 3 years of experience with creating test automation framework and automated tests, preferred

+ Must have ability to translate needs of business users to technical staff

+ Demonstrated skill and ability in the testing of n-tier applications

+ Testing hardware, embedded systems and mobile experience, preferred

+ Proficient experience with writing complex SQL queries

+ Strong analytics skills to determine weak points in application and hardware through measurement of service level agreements and documented requirements

+ Must have solid understanding of application testing, database, and hardware validation with an understanding of the agile development methodology with ability to own defect management/resolution

+ Solid experience writing, reviewing, and implementing Test Plans (TP) and Test Completion Summary (TCS) documentation with quality control, project, and technical teams

+ Tool experience for developing functional and performance automation validation

+ Work well without close supervision

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills

+ Proven ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment is required

+ Must be flexible, well organized and able to work well under pressure

+ Experience working in Agile Scrum methodology is desirable

**Certification**

Any Software Testing Certification (eg, ASTQB), a plus

**Education**

BA/BS degree, required
