Position Description:
Sales Executive is an individual contributor working to maintain and build relationships with Xerox State Government Healthcare accounts. Candidate must have current contacts and a track record of success in Public Sector sales or account management in one or more of the services areas in Xerox Government Healthcare including:
* Health Program Administration and MMIS
* Population Health Management and Health IT
* Healthcare Eligibility Services
* Health Insurance Exchange Services
* Pharmacy Benefits Management
* Payment Method Development
* Long-Term Care (LTC) and Home- and Community-Based Services (HCBS)
* Healthcare Audit & Compliance Solutions
Candidate responsibilities include application of full life-cycle business development methodologies and tools, including opportunity identification, qualification, positioning, bidding, competitive analysis, and related activities. Candidate must understand the missions of the assigned agency (customer needs, preferences, policies, and operational concepts). Candidate must be able to advise the account at a strategic level on tactical-level execution of opportunity-specific capture. Candidate will be accountable for new business results, developing and maintaining client/potential client and industry partner relationships, and identifying and pursuing multiple marketing opportunities.

Specific skill requirements and years of experience include:

* Current contacts with current decision makers in State Government Healthcare.
* New business identification, qualification and capture or program management: 5 - 8 years
· Healthcare Sales – 3 – 5 years
· Public Sector Sales – 3 – 5 years
· BS/BA degree
· Graduate study in area of expertise is helpful, but not required.
