*Purpose of Position*

Responsible for planning, organising and managing multiple product launches, enabling the successful release of assigned products to ensure that the products meet or exceed business objectives and overall marketing strategy (pricing, gross margin, revenue, positioning and distribution management). Also responsible for continued lifecycle management within assigned product portfolio.

*Principal Accountabilities*
* Actively contribute towards the development of a product marketing annual plan to support the overall business objectives with regions
* Facilitate and challenge the partners on their business model and dynamics. Explain and promote the A4 Business hydraulics and criticality to overall Office Business
* Facilitate and liaise with various organisations in the DMO (Product Marketing Group, Product Planning, Product Sourcing) for future product development purposes. Provide critical input on building business cases/financial modelling, price positioning, local competitive landscape information and feature requirements.
* Identify product and positioning gaps in the portfolio and work with DMO to develop offerings in those opportunities
* Monitor product performance (activity, revenue, gross profit) and devise tactical initiatives to meet short term market driven requirements
* Centre of competence for all product related technical features with the ability to communicate all detailed capabilities and benefits compared to the competition products
* Define the strategic product messaging to reinforce the overall product positioning objectives and communicating/championing the message to the country sales/marketing teams
* Work with members of Integrated Supply Chain to manage inventory levels, sell in/out of the Channels and correct product mix enabling improved inventory and production planning to support business requirements.
* Responsible for the successful and quality launch of assigned ICBG products through the organisation, meeting of specific country requirements and providing critical launch items to Country sales/ marketing teams in a timely manner.
