Rue de Marseille is actually a local street situated in Marais district of Paris, in close proximity to the headquarter of agnès b. Facing the beautiful Canal Saint Martin, a hot location spot for French movie, Rue de Marseille is certainly the best place to savor a Parisian’s daily life. Walking down the little cozy street, you can find cafés, bakery, vintage furnishing stores, some fashion & accessories boutiques full of individuality as well as an agnès b. FEMME & ENFANT shop. Tracing back the history, before being an agnès b. shop, the location was a sponge factory owned by a couple who worked for 50 years in this same place. To retain the authenticity, there were not much refurbishment, the tank used to make the sponge was kept at the end of the shop while the wood tank used for displaying their sponges were revamped as shelves for the clothes.

The book store at agnès b. Rue de Marseille featuring extensive titles in art, architecture, fashion, photography, food and wine, travel and music, the bookstore at agnès b. Rue de Marseille shares what Agnès loves. Being the lifestyle highlight, carefully selected titles, chic wooden bookshelves and comfortable sofas are offered to provide a relaxing and pleasure atmosphere to readers to browse and shop at their leisure.

The main entrance on the ground floor. It encompasses Femme, Voyage and Bijoux collection. Taking steps along the steel staircase, rich scent of flower fusing with coffee aroma fill the atmosphere. Music lingers in the air offering customers indispensable shopping experience. The first floor composes of HOMME, SPORT B., LA MAISON SUR L’EAU (travel concept store), FLEURISTE (florist), CAFÉ L.P.G. (cafe), DÈLICES (chocolate boutique) as well as the 2 new highlighted components, Book store and Music store. Soft sofa and comfy chairs are specially accommodated to enhance the coziness.

The intriguing rustic and vintage touch of Rue De Marseille was brought to the design of the new lifestyle store. Thanks to the sleek design of French windows paired with subtle black and grey tone and second hand furnishing from various vintage markets all over the world, the atmosphere exudes a scent of rawness and nostalgic as if living in modern industrial era. High ceiling creates spacious environment. Shades of sunlight slip through the French window bringing neutral limelight to the products. The oasis indeed strikes a big contrast with the bustling and hustling street of Hai Noi Road.
