I’ve found that if I don’t eat breakfast, I have a noticeable reduction in energy and I can’t afford to lose any energy! So I always eat breakfast. With busy mornings, I love easy recipes that are quick to prepare. Even better are breakfasts that can be prepped the night before.

This recipe for Raspberry Overnight Oats takes less than 5 minutes to prepare and it’s so delicious, you’ll want to make it often.


So what are overnight oats? You don’t have to cook them and you simply prep the night before, refrigerate, and enjoy a delicious convenient hearty breakfast the next morning.

If you’re not a fan of cold oats (it took me a little getting used to after years of warm oatmeal), you can easily pop it in the microwave or reheat on the stove while your coffee is brewing.



Oatmeal is such a filling meal and one of the best parts is that there’s nearly endless options for variety! If you’re not a fan of raspberries, you can substitute just about any other fruit.

My whole family enjoys oatmeal as a healthy breakfast and now that we’re gluten free, we simply use gluten free version oats.

How to Make Raspberry Overnight Oats:

This easy recipe is so simple, the kids can even help! Here’s what you’ll need:

Ingredients:

1 cup quick oats (gluten free if necessary)

1 cup milk or dairy substitute (almond or coconut milk)

1 cup raspberries

4 teaspoons honey

Simply layer the oats, milk, raspberries, and honey evenly into 4 mason jars.

Store in the refrigerator overnight and enjoy the next morning!

Less than 5 minutes to prep and you’ll be rewarded with a delicious ready-to-go breakfast the next morning!

Ingredients

1 cup gluten free quick oats

1 cup milk

1 cup raspberries

4 teaspoons honey

Instructions

Add ¼ cup of oats and ¼ cup of milk each to 4 small mason jars.

Top with a layer of raspberries and a ½ teaspoon honey in each jar.

Add another ¼ cup of oats and ¼ cup of milk to the top, along with the remaining honey.

Screw the tops on and refrigerate overnight. Serve with additional fresh raspberries.
