Last Year’s Participants Share Their Experiences

“When you become the most important person to yourself, your accomplishments will amaze you.” –Dr. Howard Murad

Dr. Murad held his first-ever Inclusive Health® Retreat last year, and the women who attended said it was life-changing. Not only because they got to interact with Dr. Murad personally, but because they got a rare and wonderful opportunity to nurture themselves exclusively. No distractions, no interruptions.

Dr. Murad is thrilled to be hosting his second rejuvenating and transformative weekend retreat this year at the beautiful Running Y Ranch in Klamath Falls, Oregon, on September 11-13, 2015.

We asked some Murad employees who attended last year’s retreat to share their experiences with us.

Candice Sylvia, Executive Director of Global Education, said the retreat was unlike anything she’d ever experienced:

“Dr. Murad was able to illustrate a full 360-degree view of wellness that had a lasting impression on me and the guests of the retreat. One of the guests said to me, ‘This was exactly what I needed. I don’t want to leave! I’ve had such a wonderful time with all of you, and I feel back in touch with my youth.’ Overall, the retreat taught me, and many of the attendees, how to nurture ourselves and thrive.”

Lori Cahitas, University for Inclusive Health Manager, said the retreat was a chance to unwind and reconnect:

“Many of the attendees came with friends. They were so happy to be able to break away from their regular routine and take time to just focus on themselves. Many were wives and moms, so to have a few days to only focus on themselves was priceless.”

Ruth Madeja, Director of Global Retail Marketing, said the Inclusive Health® Retreat inspired her to take better care of herself:

“The activities and talks by Dr. Murad gave me the inspiration to live a healthier life, while also giving me the tools to make healthier choices and put into action a healthier lifestyle when I got home.”

Sabrina Dunbar, Project Manager, Global Marketing, said the retreat was an unforgettable weekend:

“My favorite part of the retreat was seeing everyone bond over the course of a weekend and embrace Inclusive Health®. Attendees were impressed with different activities and enjoyed their time with Dr. Murad.”

Activities included an art workshop with Dr. Murad, a cooking class, hiking, a spa treatment, yoga and more. One of the highlights, according Candice Sylvia, was the healthy food choices. “There was an abundance of delicious, healthy food. We had a phenomenal cooking class! Many of the tricks I learned I still use today. The catered meals were superb and filled with great conversations with other like-minded individuals,” she said.

For this year’s retreat, Dr. Murad has developed an exceptional program with the staff at the exclusive Running Y Ranch to help you tap into your personal potential for happiness, wellness and youth-building. We hope to see you there!
