As a board member, Mr. Johnson will provide guidance and draw upon his extensive experience to develop the company’s strategies and further the growth of its key business units, Retail Network Solutions (RNS) and Human Capital Solutions (HCS). RNS partners with automakers to enhance the retail customer lifecycle while HCS improves talent acquisition and management for large companies around the globe.

Mr. Johnson joins MSXI’s advisory board after having recently retired as U.S. Vice President for Chevrolet Sales and Service, where he was responsible for over 3,000 Chevrolet dealers across the U.S. representing 2 million vehicle sales annually. Previously Mr. Johnson held a variety executive management roles with General Motors including Vice President of U.S. Sales Operations and Vice President of Sales, <s>and</s> Marketing and Aftersales for GM’s International Operations.
Mr. Johnson earned his Bachelors of Applied Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of British Columbia and received his Master's degree from the Richard Ivey School of Business Administration at the University of Western Ontario after having been awarded a GM Fellowship.
