Primarily responsible for assisting Director of Merchant Services with growth and management of the Merchant portfolio to include sales to new prospective merchants, retention of existing merchants, setup and training of new merchants, risk management, and relationship management with vendors and suppliers. This position will also be responsible for responding to inquiries regarding new products and services, billing, chargebacks, supply order fulfillment, and internal service requests. Qualified candidates must possess College degree and/or at least 3 years prior banking experience with knowledge of relevant bank regulations and the card payment industry.
