Meet the Presenters

Voltaire Santos Miran — co-founder, CEO, and senior strategist — has more than two decades of experience in fundraising, marketing, and communications strategy for nonprofits. He was the lead strategist for the University at Buffalo’s mental models project and is currently working with Heartland Community College on a persona-driven personalization initiative.

Ben Bilow is an art director and graphic designer with 15 years of professional experience. His design work is defined by a creative spirit and storytelling — as art director at Columbia College Chicago, he oversaw graphic design projects produced by the in-house design studio. His work encompassed strategic planning, design, and production for print, web, and environments, and he created and managed brand standards collegewide. Ben’s design work at Columbia College won 16 awards from Graphic Design USA and two CASE gold medals.
