Police procedural drama Hawaii Five-0 Season 7 Episode 13 will see Masi Oka’s character Max bids adieu to Hawaii Five-0 Team. Steve McGarrett’s team will also investigate a new murder case.
The previous episode of Hawaii Five-0 Season 7 wrapped up on a happy note. Character Chin Ho Kelly managed to survive his capture by the cartel and won the legal guardianship of his beloved niece Sara. Here is what will happen in Hawaii Five-0 Season 7 Episode 13:
Masi Oka Bids Adieu; Frank Bama Returns in Episode 13
In this upcoming episode, one of Hawaii Five-0’s major character Max will say goodbye to the team. The official photos of this episode reveal that there will be a farewell party for Max.
It has been previously reported that Masi Oka decided to leave the show due to his own travel commitments. The majority of his work is in either Los Angeles or Japan, and with that, having to stop over in Hawaii routinely to work on the Hawaii Five-0 show was becoming rather difficult for him.
Although Max will leave the team in Hawaii Five-0 Season 7 Episode 13, another character will re-appear. Jimmy Buffet’s Frank Bama is set to return in Season 7 of the show.
Frank Bama plays the character of a pilot Jimmy Buffet. He has last appeared on the show in Season 5. He had helped Steve McGarrett, Joe White, and others get into Columbia to get Danny Williams and break him out of prison.
A New Investigation Case to Come Up
Every episode of Hawaii Five-0 Season 7 comes up with a new case. Similarly, Hawaii Five-0 Season 7 Episode 13 will see the team probing a murder.
The murder takes place during a police convention on the island as per the official synopsis. Steve McGarrett and his team will investigate this case. It is not yet revealed whether this murder will interrupt the farewell party of Max. This is something to look forward in next episode.

The promo of next episode shows Max giving away his farewell speech. In his speech he acknowledges the changes he made to himself and that helped him to grow as a person. After spending seven years with the Five-0 team, Masi Oka’s Max is leaving the show to continue his work towards helping others in the world.
