One of Abby Lee Miller’s students from Abby Lee Dance Company (ALDC) is going to be in danger because of a single music video in the upcoming episode of “Dance Moms” Season 5 Episode 16 “Video Killed the ALDC Star,” which airs on Tuesday, Apr. 21, 2015, at 9:00 p.m. on Lifetime. It is the final competition of ALDC in Los Angeles and the official synopsis from Lifetime stated that solo routines will be given to Kendall Vertes and JoJo Siwa. On the other hand, the team is heading to another bump in the road. It was when Vertes and Nia Frazier are going to shoot their music videos in the same week. The stage mothers Jill Vertes and Holly Frazier are definitely excited about it, but their irrational competitiveness towards each other is taking its toll on ALDC.
Christian Today recalled that last week, Murrieta Dance Project (MDP) finally redeemed themselves from their loss against ALDC. It added that Kendall and Nia will use most of their rehearsal time for completing the film shoot for the video. Both dancers are going to fail from attempting to get the best of both worlds. Their failure will lead to another disappointment to Miller because she already warned them to focus on dancing. Despite Miller’s threats, Jill and Holly will still continue to push their daughters to stardom.
Previously on Episode 15 entitled “Maddie vs. Kalani,” Miller chose her strongest girls, Maddie Ziegler and Kalani Hilliker, to compete for the solo competition. She was obviously pressured to face MDP again. Meanwhile, Nia was excluded in a big opportunity for stardom. It led to an intense argument between Holly and Jill. Their fight contributed to the team’s stress as the girls try to perfect a complicated contemporary routine with a rose garden theme.
“Dance Moms” airs every Tuesday at 9:00 p.m. on Lifetime.
