Here is what you can expect from the workshop:
• Brief overview on Workshop One; touching on posture and alignment, finding neutral hip and spine placement to achieve better core stability
• Warming up and mobilising the body for improving mobility
• Introducing the basic and intermediate Pilate Mat Work exercises
• Introduction to using Pilates Ball and Magic circle
This workshop will give you a good all round understanding you’re the Pilates Method, as well as give you the understanding of how to work with correct form, to work yourself smarter and harder for better results.
