Service Manager

Roseville Honda is seeking a qualified, self-motivated individual who communicates well, and values customer satisfaction to join and help build our servicedepartment. We offer Base Pay plus Commission with the potential to earn additional performance bonuses.

Service Manager Duties include, but are not limited to:

*Manage All Aspects of the Service Department including staffing, warranty administration, cost control, and profitability

*Promote Roseville Hondas Premier Service Department

*Build and develop solid customer clientele and promote repeat business

* In-taking customer vehicles

* Determining customer’s service needs

* Addressing customer concerns

* Ability to up-sell additional products and services

* Manage and supervise technicians

* Follow procedures to ensure timely and proper completion of all service work

* Schedule service and assign technicians

* Follow procedures for quick and efficient handling of all warranty claims, related work, and filing of paperwork.

* Maintain a safe, clean work environment

* Other duties as required by management

Motorcycle and/or Automotive Experience Required!

Both superior communication skills and excellent customer service are required. Must be computer literate and well organized.Lightspeed Dealer Management System experience a plus.

Motorcycle endorsement and good driving record are mandatory.
