Duties and Responsibilities:
-Knowledge and presentation of Harley-Davidson Motorcycles (new and used)
-Maintaining the highest standards or customer service to ensure a positive in-store customer experience
-Taking customers on Demo Rides
-Accountable for both short and long term financial goals of the dealership.
-Balance the expectation of customers, co-workers, dealership and community.
-Follow the HDC sales process and paperwork
-Constantly updating/working client data base
-Showing enthusiasm for the Harley-Davidson culture
-Maintain a valid Motorcycle Endorsement
-Participate in dealer events
