Ducati Westlake has an immediate opening for an experienced Ducati Motorcycle Technician. We are a state of the art Ducati exclusive dealership seeking a qualified, detail oriented, and reliable individual with a passion for motorcycles to join our growing service team.
Job Expectations:
Include, but are not limited to:
-Basic motorcycle servicing, repair and accessory installation
-Effectively diagnose motorcycles in a timely manner
-Some minor modification and fabrication of parts for custom jobs
-Communicate effectively with the service manager and customers when necessary
-Complete jobs within allotted labor times with excellent attention to detail and quality control
-Maintain a well-organized and clean work area
-Versatile team player willing to adapt and adjust to get the job done
-Willing to travel for training, up to two weeks at a time
-Custom Tuning with our Dynojet dyno.
-Test ride completed jobs to verify work performed
-Willing to work in a flat-rate enviroment
Job Requirements:
-A passion for motorcycles and riding
-Formal training (i.e. MMI/Wyotech) and/or equivalent work experience
-Ducati factory level 2 a must.
-Ducati Master certified a plus
-Have your own tools, and be willing to purchase tools if necessary (factory specific
toolssupplied)
-Excellent communication and people skills
-Willingness to work a full time schedule, plus events
-Stable work history and verifiable references
-Drive to succeed in a team and performance based environment
-Valid local driver’s license, clean driving record and motorcycle endorsement a must
