Avalanche Harley-Davidson is looking for highly motivated Internet Sales Manager Candidates. They should be aggressive; take charge internet sales managers with a great attitudes and an award winning smiles, to lead our internet sales team. Candidates must be honest, self-driven, results-oriented, with a positive outlook and a clear focus on the highest of customer service standards. Must have extensive vehicle management and sales experience with proven leadership and the ability to develop and motivate a team. Candidates must have a proven track record and only the “best” may apply.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

 

Hiring, training, motivating, counseling and monitoring the performance of Internet Sales – BDC department

Assisting individual internet sales representatives in setting aggressive, yet realistic monthly sales goals

Tracking all customers to ensure prompt response time and monitoring follow up within the CRM eLeads

Ensure that all internet sales reps meet or exceed all activity standards for phone calls and appointments

Holding daily sales meetings and conducting sales training

Handling incoming internet leads and setting appointments

Handle incoming phone call leads and setting appointments

Handle live website chat sessions

 
Key Result Areas:

 

·        Managing and motivating a department of 6 representatives

·        Achieve monthly shown appointments and sold goals

·        Ensure prompt response to customer inquiries

     
Qualifications & Job Requirements:

·        2+ years of sales and management experience

·        Strong appointment setting. objection handling skills and closing skills

·        CRM and compute experience

·        Have a love of motorcycles

·        Strong work ethic and willing to give 110% until the job is complete and done right

·        Professional demeanor and appearance

Compensation:

·        Salary plus commission based wages

·        Benefits Program

·        Training will be provided

Schedules may be more or less in the range of:

50-60 Hours - 5-6 days/week March-September.

45-50 hours - 5 days/week October-February.

The season and sales could affect schedules, other than what is listed.
