8:00pm Film: Take it to the limit (1981)

Join us at the Gutter with special guest Peter Starr as we screen his highly acclaimed film that examines motorcycle culture from the 1960s and 70s. Starr covers road racing, motocross and desert racing, drag racing, trials and more. See and hear the famous racers from the era in action, and even ride with the legendary Mike “The Bike” Hailwood on a 190 MPH lap of the infamous Isle of Mann TT.

Julia Haltigan captivates audiences with stories of her travels with her seductive and flirtatious music. In 2012 she was featured on Café Racer with her 1970 Triumph Bonneville.

Dr. Sick is a musical jack of all trades, seamlessly jumping from bluegrass to tango to death metal to swing.

From the Norton Records label comes one of the wildest groups of the current roots and blues revolution! Daddy Long Legs, named for its harp-blowing, blues-bellowing frontman, growls, barks, and wails. His partners in crime are cut from the same sweat-and-whiskey-soaked cloth.

The Golden Grass is a soulful, heavy, psychedelic boogie band. The three-piece plays feel-good music influenced by heavy ‘70s jamming and rocking.

MFF Sunday Closing Party - 2pm

The Selvedge Yard presents a work in progress by Michael Schmidt and an afternoon of BBQ and beverages at Lady Jay’s at 633 Grand Street in Williamsburg, Brooklyn.
