It has been announced that global phenomenon BABYMETAL are to team up with the Red Hot Chili Peppers once more for select dates of the band’s US leg of their “Getaway World Tour”.
BABYMETAL just recently supported the Chilis around the UK for the tour from December 5th to December 18th to huge success. The final date of their support saw Chad Smith joining the band onstage as “Chad Metal” in which he dressed up as one of the Kami Band members and played drums as SU-METAL sang her heart out to covers of “Pain Killer” and “Breaking the Law” by the legendary Judas Priest.
The girls are also set to join METALLICA on their “Worldwired Tour 2017” and subsequently Guns N’ Roses for their “Japan Tour 2017”. See full dates for BABYMETAL below.
2016 was an amazing year for BABYMETAL, and I think it’s safe to say that 2017 will also be their year. Keep an eye out for BABYMETAL coming to a venue near you.
