Marsh & Parsons will launch its 25th branch in Tooting, South West London, on Monday.

The site on Upper Tooting Road has been remodelled at the cost of £200,000 and will complement other branches in Balham, Battersea and Clapham.

To commemorate the launch homeowners in the area will get a 0% sales fee in the first three months until 24 March 2016, discounted from standard 2% commission.

Marsh & Parsons plans to open three new offices throughout the year after launching in Queens Park and Shoreditch last year.

Peter Rollings, chief executive at Marsh & Parsons, said: “We’ve been around in the London property market since 1856, and it’s only fitting that our landmark 25th branch should be opening in our traditional south west London stronghold.

“With fast transport links into Central London, a vibrant high street, and the greenery of the common, Tooting is firmly on the radar for buyers and tenants as offering better value for money, and was a logical progression for us to extend our reach from nearby Balham and Clapham.

“But the celebrations won’t stop for us in January, and this is just the first phase in our exciting plans for expansion in 2016.”

John-Paul Burrough will take up the position of sales manager after working as a senior sales negotiator in the Balham branch.

Also joining from Balham is Charlie Crane who will be lettings manager in Tooting after working as a letting valuer.
