The Director of Content is a vital role to the success of all client projects at Raidious. The Director is in charge of all execution that happens in the content service line. We expect this Director to be a creative rockstar and take our clients and our team to new heights.

We’re looking for the best, and only the best will do! The Director of Content will be responsible for developing engaging, remarkable, thought-leading content and strategy for Raidious clients, and managing those strategies through execution and their lifespan. This includes managing the resources we use as an agency to achieve creative excellence. This includes our internal team, as well as freelancers stationed around the world.

This position will be responsible for the strategic direction and coordination of Content Services for Raidious. Management of project deliverables, timelines and quality control will be the Director of Content’s primary responsibilities.

All client timelines will be expected to be met – a network of freelancers will also be available as contractors when budget permits. The Director of Content is expected to track at least 100 hours per month toward hourly billable work.

All deliverables will be assigned and tracked using our project management tool. It is critical that our employees execute their assigned tasks on time and within the parameters of the established strategy and scope of work. The Director of Content needs not only to adhere to this policy, but to help enforce it, as well.

Key Responsibilities of the Director of Content:

Create remarkable content for Raidious clients.

Accomplish client objectives within the assigned scope of work.

Lead creative vision and strategy for Raidious clients.

Lead the Content team to push the boundaries of digital marketing.

Mentor and develop creative talent.

Work with fellow directors to advance all Raidious service lines.

Supervision and quality control of Content team.

Essential Job Functions:

Leadership on content projects

Further development of content offerings

Creative idea generation for clients

Requirements:

College degree

2-3 years digital marketing experience

Strong communication skills

Strong writing skills

Knowledge of current interactive marketing best practices

Project management skills

Ability to work a fast-paced but flexible schedule at 40 hours per week

Independent worker with ability to complete assigned tasks and manage a complex and fast-paced production schedule

Support:

Raidious will provide a computer for the duration of your employment, as well as any rationalized software licenses. Upon termination of employment, all equipment will be returned to Raidious. A hardware purchase option may be granted in the case that the employee would like to retain possession of hardware.

Raidious will also provide a work station at Raidious Control in downtown Indianapolis.

Raidious will provide open dialogue regarding scheduling.

Raidious does currently provide a company medical policy.

Raidious does not have a vacation policy. We expect employees to maintain a positive work-life balance.

Raidious encourages all our employees to take at least one full week off annually, completely unplugged from the office with absolutely no contact with work allowed via phone, email or any other means.

Raidious has no policy on physical location. You may work from wherever you are most productive, although each employee is expected to be available during Eastern Standard Time office hours (9 a.m.-5 p.m. EST).

Reimbursement of business mileage (unlimited) and business expenses ($100 monthly personal expense limit).

Raidious allows part-time staff to maintain existing client relationships outside of Raidious time and encourages part-time staff to continue working on additional freelance projects, provided those projects do not conflict with Raidious interests.

Any conflicts will be examined individually, and Raidious reserves the right to request that an employee does not work on a competing account, or to deny employee work on a conflicting Raidious account.
