PROS
This is a really, really easy method that takes less than 5 minutes of actual work (seriously).
The more money you put in, the more you get out.
Payment is instant, typically less than 10 minutes.
CONS
Requires a rather large investment- at least $50 to start making a profit.
Initial setup may take a few days.
Bitcoin is volatile, so if you do not have instant buy enabled, you may have to short to guarantee an actual profit.
You should have some knowledge of how bitcoin works. If you are not comfortable puchasing/sending bitcoin, you should probably do some research.
Ok, so the method!
First, go to coinbase.com. Coinbase is a trusted bitcoin retailer located in the US and setup is quite easy- just link your bank account, similarly to paypal. They will ask for deposit verification, which should take no more than 2 business days.
Buy some bitcoins from them and wait 4 business days for them to be added to your account. You can also enable instant buy so you can buy $1000 worth of bitcoins per week with no 4 day delay.

They typically pay between 2 and 3% of what coinbase charges for your bitcoins after a stagnant $1.50 fee!
Specify the amount of bitcoins you wish to sell and specify the email address associated with your paypal account, so they know where to send the money.

Why does this work?
btc promo is a company based in Greece, where banks are god awful. They make their money by selling bitcoins to citizens of Greece who don't have access to a bank account (the only way to deposit into a bitcoin exchange) for an even more elevated price.
