SMS Pharmaceuticals had announced the buyback dated May 06, 2013. The Company has bought back 15,50,000 Equity Shares i.e. 100% of the maximum buyback shares for a consideration of Rs 4058.27 lakh up to July 25, 2013. The buyback has been closed with effect from July 25, 2013 after market hours.
