Purity Flexpack Ltd has now informed BSE that the Company has declared to issue Bonus Shares in the ratio of 2 : 1 i.e Two fully paid up equity shares of Rs. 10/- each against every One fully paid up Equity share of Rs. 10/- each as approved by the Board of Directors in the meeting held on August 06, 2014.
