The person selected to fill this position will be responsible for the successful delivery of all phases of a project including planning, communications, scope, risks, issues, and delivery with outstanding quality and on time. The project manager will monitor and implement corrective actions necessary to maintain the health of projects. The person will also managed the relationship of several existing clients, including but not limited to maintaining the good health of the relationship, managing and executing on client initiated change requests, fielding customer questions on the workings of the product. As Monexa sells a SaaS based solution, a good technical understanding of APIs and SQL is required

Compensation:

$55,000 – $65,000 a year – Based on experience.

Responsibilities:

- Engage in all components of planning, executing and closing, with emphasis on Project Planning & Scheduling, Status Reporting, Issue Identification & Resolution, Risk Management, and Change Management.

- Understand client business requirements, and present them in a form which is comprehensible to business users and IT professionals.

- Work intricately with stakeholders to gather requirements and help design solutions which meet and exceed customers needs.

- Facilitate meetings to discuss progress and resolve issues.

- Conduct ongoing meetings with existing clients to ensure their needs are met.

- Work closely with all departments within Monexa, mainly Operations and Development, to provide exceptional ongoing Account Management.

- Understand the workings of the Monexa system and be able to lead training and explain technical concepts to clients who may not be technical.

Requirements:

- Post Secondary Degree in Computer Science, Management, or a related discipline.

- Minimum 5 years experience in Project/Account Management.

- Exceptional planning and organizational skills

- Excellent oral and written communications and interpersonal skills.

- Time management, project tracking and excellent organizational skills are essential.

- Experience with billing systems, subscriber management and payment processing an asset.
