Here we are folks. A seemingly straightforward matchup against Elche at home. It should be a guaranteed 3 points. But I think as Sevilla fans we’ve often found ourselves losing points when we least expect it. If we want to punish Villareal and Atletico for dropping points this jornada, then we can’t let up with our intensity. There is likely to be considerable match rotation, but not so much that we should not be able to win.
Of course, the Villareal match was undoubtedly intense and as exhausting as it was energizing (if that is possible). But really, we’ll just need to put Europa aside for the next few hours, focus on the business at hand, and kick some Elche ass.
